You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use NNVIP. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. NNVIP reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to close accounts that do not meet this requirement.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on NNVIP. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.
All bonuses and promotional credits issued by NNVIP are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific requirements for each promotion are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.
All transactions on NNVIP are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. NNVIP does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your NNVIP login credentials. NNVIP will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any disputes arising from your use of NNVIP shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and NNVIP ("NNVIP", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the NNVIP online gaming platform, accessible at nnvip.app and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on NNVIP, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other users of the Platform.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To register and use NNVIP, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
NNVIP reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on NNVIP. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. NNVIP employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, NNVIP reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within them.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your NNVIP account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. NNVIP is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your NNVIP username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. NNVIP will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify NNVIP immediately via the contact details provided in Section 15 of these Terms.
NNVIP may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawals, following unusual account activity, or as required by applicable regulations. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KY C verification within the required timeframe may be suspended pending completion.
NNVIP currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). NNVIP does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The list of supported payment methods may be updated from time to time at NNVIP's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount on NNVIP is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by NNVIP, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits.
Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. Most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. NNVIP reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. NNVIP reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits before processing a withdrawal. Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
NNVIP does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees or charges, for which NNVIP accepts no responsibility.
NNVIP offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated on the promotion page. NNVIP reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
NNVIP actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Where bonus abuse is detected, NNVIP reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the offending account.
NNVIP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to member accounts prior to the change, provided that the applicable wagering requirements have not yet been met.
NNVIP offers a range of games including live casino tables, slots, esports betting, Fortune Bingo, Mahjong Ways 2, Roulette, the Wheel, and PP Live. Game availability may vary and is subject to change at NNVIP's discretion. NNVIP does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or game category.
All games on NNVIP that use a random number generator (RNG) produce results that are genuinely random and independent of previous outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time. NNVIP does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any stakes placed will be returned to the member's account.
Esports betting markets on NNVIP are subject to specific rules for each game and tournament type. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided due to match cancellation, postponement, or other qualifying events will be refunded at the original stake. NNVIP's esports betting rules are published on the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on NNVIP. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by NNVIP at any time. NNVIP reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on specific accounts where it deems this necessary.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on NNVIP. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

Self-exclusion requests can be submitted at any time by contacting NNVIP support. All content on the NNVIP Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of NNVIP or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the NNVIP Platform without the prior written consent of NNVIP.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NNVIP, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if NNVIP has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
NNVIP's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your NNVIP account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
NNVIP does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. NNVIP shall not be liable for any interruption to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of government.
NNVIP collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. NNVIP will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform.
You may close your NNVIP account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
NNVIP reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if NNVIP reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, NNVIP reserves the right to forfeit any balances held in the account.
NNVIP reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, NNVIP will provide reasonable notice to registered members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the NNVIP Platform.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact NNVIP and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. NNVIP will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within a reasonable timeframe.
